Levvel

Levvel* worked on the Afsluitdijk project on behalf of Rijkswaterstaat in the period 2019-2023. This project involved designing the reinforcement of the Afsluitdijk, building, financing and maintaining it for 25 years.

From April 2019, Slaapschepen provided accommodation in Den Oever for Levvel employees with the ship MPS Le Formidable for three years. In 2022, the number of rooms that Levvel needed for the project team had decreased and Slaapschepen exchanged MPS Le Formidable for a smaller ship in April, namely the Mare Luna. This accommodation ship was deployed for Levvel in Den Oever for another year.
